1. Respecting intellectual property

Lightning Vote respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

2. Reporting alleged copyright infringement

If you believe content on Lightning Vote infringes your copyright, contact us at support@lightning-vote.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• The specific location (URL or post) of the material you believe is infringing;
• Your contact information (name, email address);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Lightning Vote has not yet registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until a registration is completed, copyright concerns may be sent to support@lightning-vote.com. If we register a designated agent, this page will be updated with the applicable information.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to support@lightning-vote.com identifying the removed content and explaining why you believe it was removed in error.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe others' copyrights may be suspended or banned.
